We’re going to sail around the world
We’re going to sail around the world
In 1519, 265 sailors went on the first circumnavigation around the earth. Only 18 arrived. 500 years later we are going to
sail around the world to promote UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
500 years ago, 18 sailors returned from the First Circumnavigation. We are looking for adventurous challengers to join us. Los18 is about history, ocean, water, life change. We are looking for passion. We’re looking for you. Get on board !

18 Causes
On 25 September 2015, 193 world leaders adopted 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to achieve 3 extraordinary issues in the next 15 years. “To end all forms of poverty, fight inequalities and tackle climate change.” Global goals can achieve this, in all countries and for all the people.
Sustainable Development Goals were reached after negotiation processes involving 193 UN Member States. But also, thanks to the unprecedented participation of civil society and relevant stakeholders. Los 18 believes that the UN Development Programme is the best starting point. Together we can decide causes that are going to improve the lives of thousands of people.
